The beauty of the Mediterranean Sea and its surroundings
The azure skies, even bluer seas, white-gold sands, bright, whitewashed walls, the vibrant reds, greens, yellows, purples and oranges of the flowers, fruit and vegetables on display in the market – these are the paint palette colours of the Mediterranean. These evocative images are familiar to many of the people there, of course they will not all be thinking of the same country – after all, there are fifteen to consider, surrounding the sea itself.
A quick tour will take you from the shores of Spain, to France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, and into Africa to Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. The islands of Malta and Cyprus are truly Mediterranean, encircled by the sea. In many ways these fifteen countries are completely different from each other, but one thread links them all – the love of good food.
When thinking of Mediterranean food, it is the fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs which immediately spring to mind. Open-air markets from Marseilles to Morrocca are a feast for the senses. Fabulous arrays of tomatoes, aubergines, corgettes, spinach, peppers, garlic and pungent herbs such as basil and thyme are tantalisingly displayed; the experience being made complete by the hot sun, drawing out the flavours and smells. Mediterranean cooking depends on the freshest of ingredients; it is honest, simple and prepared with respect.

I just love your " Flavour it Dips, my favourite ones are Spinach & Basil and Rocket and Sundried Tomato. They are far superior in flavour to other dips I have tried.
The only problem I have is when going to the Supermarket, they don't always have them available, maybe thats because they are so popular?

I just wanted to let you know I think your products are wonderful - they taste divine and are excellent quality!
I first tasted your product when I bought a tub of Jadjik from my local Pak & Save about a year ago. It's still one of my favourite products but a close second to the Kumara and Lentil dip.
It is good to see that more of your products have made it to my supermarket and I have recently bought one of your soups which was, as expected, a taste sensation.
It's particularly good that your products aren't filled with excess/unnatural preservatives and chemicals. I am sure the flavours are much better as a result and they are the perfect products for me to take to 'bring a plate' get togethers with friends and family as they are gluten free and we have 3 coeliacs in our group!
Keep up the fantastic work and I can't wait to try more of your delicious products in the future
